What's a healthy weight? |

Guidelines by the World Health Organizations consider a definition of a healthy weight based on body mass index (the ratio of weight to height). If your BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9, your weight is considered normal.

BMI limitations: very muscular people may fall into the "overweight" category when they are actually lean. Their weight comes from muscle tissue, not body fat.
