My Personal Trainer (Keeps you accountable and tracking)
A Personal Trainer can be your wake up call into realising how much you really eat and drink daily, and how much exercise it takes to lose weight. Your very own personal trainer will help motivate and get you going. Your Personal trainer will:
- Assist in tracking all food and drinks consumed daily, and the amount of exercise.
- Will help you identify certain food and drinks which are high in calories, points, fat, sugar, and carbohydrates.
- Will help identify different moods and occurrences that lead to overeating, so that you can plan towards avoiding them.
- Will keep you on track preventing yoyo weight fluctuations, plateaus, due to food amnesia "forgot I had that to eat syndrome"
- Disciplines you to think before you eat.
- Allows you to plan your daily meals and exercise more effectively to lose weight.
- The analysis reports received by you from PT may be used by your doctor or health professional as an assessment tool in achieving better health.
